Alas, the world of book publishing is not a simple one and it is evolving rapidly given the publishing explosion on the web. The first problem, of course, is you aren’t the only one thinking about writing a novel. The chances of you sending in one manuscript to one book publishing house and getting accepted is…well, not good.
